Guyanese Nights: Tales from the Diaspora, Volume 3
Guyanese Nights is a collection of short stories that were published monthly in the Guyana Journal between the years 2005 – 2006. The stories, ranging from political misadventures, such as in The March of Ides, to religious corruption, such as The Caretaker, and the struggles of re-settlement, such as A House for Mr. Deen, are largely based on the author’s life and experiences in Guyana and with the West Indian Diaspora in North America. Based on reader response the author has decided to compile these stories into three volumes to make them more accessible to everyone.
