Two Israels One Jew: Deconstructing New Testament Theology on Israel and Jewishness
Is there a need for a 3rd temple? Is the quest for the Ark of the Covenant meaningful or is it an exercise in futility? Do Jews have to physically migrate back to Israel in order to usher in the coming of the Messiah (Jewish interpretation) or to hasten the return of Christ (Christian interpretation)? In other words, is the return of Jews to Israel intended to be taken geocentrically or theocentrically? Are the texts calling for a migration to land or a return to Yahweh? And what of the church, is it a building or a building made without hands?
In this small book the author attempts to answer these questions based on his understanding of Biblical revelation and the finished work of Jesus Christ.
